Privacy policy

This policy explains what information itsflavia.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Flavia, a content creator and realtor. If anything here is unclear, email contact@itsflavia.com.
What we collect
- Messages you send. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, the topic you choose and your message, plus your phone number and company if you add them. We also note how you found the site (for example “TikTok” or “Google”).
- Video alerts. If you sign up for new-video emails we keep your email address, the date you signed up, how you found the site and your language (English or Spanish).
- Visit counts. We count visits per day and by source (for example “Instagram”). These counts contain no names, email addresses or IP addresses.
We don’t use advertising trackers, and the site doesn’t set cookies for visitors. Your browser stores two small preferences on your own device: your language choice and, for the current visit, where you came from.
How we use it
- To reply to your message, and to send you an automatic confirmation that it arrived.
- To email you when a new video is posted, if you signed up for that.
- To understand which platforms bring people to the site.
We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t add you to any marketing list you didn’t sign up for.
Services we use
A few trusted services help run the site and only process information to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and its database.
- Resend delivers emails sent by the site (message confirmations and video alerts).
- Google Workspace provides the contact@itsflavia.com inbox.
- TikTok: the site may use TikTok’s official developer tools to show Flavia’s own public videos and numbers. No information about visitors is sent to or read from TikTok.
Links to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Google take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept while they’re useful for following up, and video-alert emails until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from video alerts with the link at the bottom of any alert email.
- See, correct or delete what we have about you by emailing contact@itsflavia.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
The site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
